Horrible experience. They don’t have bournvita or Horlicks available for kids. Even during our stay there were too many kids in the hotel but they had simply denied for it. We had stayed there for 2 nights both days they had same variety in the breakfast menu. Pathetic service during the breakfast they don’t have proper staff, people had to wait for 10-15 mins to refill the dishes, not kept cutlery/ tissues on the table even asked for many times they didn’t provide. Food quality is not good. Not worth the money for sure. We called multiple times to remove the used crockery from the room but no one came and then they removed it in the next morning. Rates are too high but service is not Upto the mark, very pathetic service!!

Food was good, but rest of the services was not upto the mark, we had to call many time's for basic services like water, tea, bath kit n dental kits, and staffs focused for only bulk booking clients, they less bothered for single room occupancy, staff Qnt is less in comparison to occupancy and then they said that today is very high occupancy in the hotel due to that they are unable to provide proper services, the staff shifted our room in our absence in a very unprofessional way, many of our belongings left in the previous room and when we asked them to search it they took approx 1 hours time and for that also we reminded them 3-4 time's.

It’s a new property so very neat and clean. Restaurant food is also delicious with big portion size. Only drawback, in our one room window was closed so there was no view hence it was little suffocating though room size was big.

Property location is good and conveniently approachable. Internal ambiance and furniture is very good ( new). Food quality and restaurant services are very good. Staff is very professional and courteous.
